SEA HUNTER 11-17 STRIPER REPORT

All I can say is the seas were angry today my friends. I headed out today thinking it was not going to be that bad out. After yesterdays fishing I had to go back to the same area. We pounded and rocked and rolled our way down the beach hoping it was going to get nicer as we got out of the current. They only called for 2 to 3 foot seas. Boy were they wrong If i knew it was going to be 6 to 8 footers I would have stayed home. We searched for bird life but nothing fished some readings on the fish finder and caught some big Blues. It was nasty you had to hold on to the rail to keep your balance. To make a long story short I thought nothing good is gonna come from this trip. It is no fun fishing in those conditions and someone may get hurt.I  docked at 12:30 and gave everyone a discount ticket for the next trip.The wind is flopping out now and they are calling for a nicer day tomorrow. We will be headed out tomorrow, But one thing for sure if the forecast is wrong and the ocean is wicked I'm going to plan B or C which and we will be in calmer waters.  And also we will be doing our annual THANKSGIVING STRIPER TRIP FROM 6:30 am till noon next week.
