Well, we went back to the spot we left from yesterday
. Hoping to get things going, unfortunately it was just a pick and the Stripers were mostly shorts. We picked up anchor and made a move we caught a keeper in a few minuets and then a tide line moved through and we sat for twenty minuets with nothing. We picked up anchor again and tried a drift with clams and some people put on jigs we had two on rite away then a few more but again mostly shorts. Then it was slack water and no current for the last 90 minuets. All in all not a good day. I did get a report of some Stripers being caught down the beach on jigs but it was too far and the bite was on too late to make the long run. I'm not sure what i will do tomorrow it all depends on the conditions. Thanks for checking in, Capt. Rob
