SEA HUNTER 11-10 STRIPER REPORT GOOD DAY TODAY. WE ARE NOT FISHING TOMORROW 11-11 VETERANS DAY
It looks like the fishing is getting back on track. We had a very good start to the day with Stripers and Jumbo Blues feeding in the big bunker. as the current died so did the fishing. I did a little searching and found some nice Stripers to give us a nice few drifts to end the day. I would call it a good day all around a nice bunch of regulars and a nice bunch of Stripers.I am getting some calls for tomorrow. The wind is suppose to blow pretty good out of the NW. They are saying a steady 25-30 late morning and i am sure there will be some higher gusts I am going to cancel tomorrows fishing trip Sat. and Sun weather does look good. I will see you soon, Capt. Rob Here are some pics of a portion of today's catch.

SEA HUNTER ELECTION DAY STRIPERS
All the votes are in and the Stripers won by a landslide. Did lots of searching today in a different direction and only one Striper to show for it. I talked to boats in all areas North south East and West and it was the same story all over today. Tomorrow is another day. Lets hope its a good one.. See you soon, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER 11-7 STRIPER REPORT
I left the dock today just past the breakwater and Holy #@%^ Birds everywhere and not a boat on them. I thought it was going to be a slaughter the life looked that good. Well it wasn't we caught some but not even close to being good It lasted about 45 minutes and it was over . Started heading out not sure what way to go It sounded like whatever was biting early had stopped. I got to the point of the hook where the ocean starts and I could see it was not a nice ocean the wind was pretty hard out of the NNE. I had gotten a report of lots of fish in the Hudson River. After yesterdays circle jerk I figured why not, it would be nice and calm and usually there are big fish there it was worth a shot.. Well I made the run and yes the life was there but the Stripers were 15 inches. we made a couple drifts and left. Found some more bird life as we searched but very fast moving. At one point there was white water with Stripers all around the boat and we caught one. We ended up with nine stripers we kept.At least today everyone saw them they were just hard to catch. Tomorrow actually looks like a nice day with not much wind. Hopefully tomorrow will be the day they start to bite better. See you soon, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER 11-6 SCENIC CRUISE
I give a striper report everyday good or bad and today was Bad. I did some traveling today looking for some hungry stripers. I found the fish on a few occasions not much bird life but readings on the fish finder. The machine lit up a few tomes when I thought everyone on the boat would hook up and we would catch one fish. To make a long day and a long story short We boated one Striper and lost two at the boat and that was it. I was the only party boat in our area that even was lucky enough to catch one. I heard there were some fish caught by charter boats early in the morning but it didn't last long by 8:00 am they said it was over. Hopefully they will eat tomorrow. I will be there to find out!
See you soon, Capt. Rob
