SEA HUNTER 11-5 STRIPER REPORT

Well it was not like yesterday. After I saw all the boats that were out today I knew it was not  going to be a easy day. We started were we have been fishing I saw one small patch of birds and they were knocked down quick. I looked around found some good marks om the fish finder a few times but could only manage a few Stripers. I left the area and tried to get away from the fleet. I was lucky enough to find some birds on hungry Stripers but only managed to get two drift on them before the armada of boats came charging in. What a mess! The two drifts we had were productive and we caught some nice fish on them and it saved what could have been a very slow day. We will be back out there tomorrow and hope for the best. SEA HUNTER 11-4 STRIPER REPORT

The only thing bad about today was the lack of Striper fishermen on the boat.With all the good reports I figured some of you would take a day off from work and made a three day weekend. Well you should have been here today!!!!! The first hour was a little sluggish but around 8:30-9:00 all hell broke loose. The Stripers were hungry white water with fish eating peanut bunker. The fish finder was lit up for two hours. we caught our limit with slots and keepers pretty quick. Then played catch and release for a while and hit the dock early. We will be back at it tomorrow. Remember bring something you can cast. At times today you didn't have to today but usually you are better off getting your line away from the boat. Rubber shads and jigs worked today.The weekend weather looks good.

SEA HUNTER 11-3 STRIPER REPORT

We had a nice day today so much for the rain. We had a half hour of it at the end of the day . The bite was on pretty much all day.A little hard to catch at times but everyone had some.We are going to give it a go tomorrow I see two different wind forecasts but neither is saying gusts to 35. One says NW 15-20 gusts to 30 and one says gusts to 25. So we will be there in the morning ready to go.Ill see you tomorrow or soon, Capt. Rob Here are a few pics.

 We had a slow start today but a very good finish. Keepers slots and shorts. We will be back out there tomorrow. . The weekend does look good. See you soon, Capt. Rob

NOVEMBER 1 STRIPER REPORT

Today the fish did not cooperate. We did lots of searching and found them  a few times. The water was very clear today a couple drifts they were all around the boat with good readings on the fish finder some following the jigs and shads but not many takers. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully a little less frustrating.The weather looks great I will see you tomorrow, Capt. Rob
