SEA HUNTER TUESDAY 4-30 LAST DAY OF APRIL STRIPER REPORT!!
It was Striper weather today. A small crowd but very good fishing. We caught fish all day today except for a slow down at slack water, but when the tide changed the Stripers were very hungry. All sizes today lots of shorts but a good amount of keepers. We will try and do it again tomorrow, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER MONDAY 4-29 STRIPER REPORT
It was not like yesterday. Did lots of looking with the rest of the fleet in the morning but nothing to be found. Finally we had a little late bite in a different area after the tide change, with some keepers and a bunch of shorts. It kind of salvaged the day for us. We will be back at it tomorrow.
See you then, Capt. Rob

THEY"RE BACK SUNDAY 4-28 STRIPERS !!!!!!!!!!!
It was nice to see bird life with hungry Stripers under them today. Throwing shads was the ticket. We had a couple in the 30 lb. class. One 30 and one 33.5 both fish over 43 inches. Looks like a little rain during the week. The Stripers don't care they actually like it and it keeps the small boats at home. Hopefully a little rain doesn't scare you. Bring a rod you can cast, if you cant cast a conventional reel we rent spinning rods on the boat. If you don't have it we do! Hopefully we can repeat it tomorrow . Here are a few pics
See you tomorrow, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER FRIDAY 4-26 REPORT
We did not have enough participation to get out today. And of course this is Striper weather and I heard the Fish were up and were caught on jigs and shads. I'm looking at tomorrows winds and they are talking A west wind with gusts to 35-40 so we will be staying dockside and will resume fishing on Sunday the 28th. Have a great Saturday and we will see you Sunday, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER THURSDAY 4-25 STRIPER REPORT
Well we caught fish in every spot we went to today but it was all shorts, except for a couple keepers. They are talking some rain for tomorrow, but we will be at the dock in the morning
ready to fish. If you plan on coming tomorrow give me a call just to make sure we can get enough people to go. I have a group of 4 that are coming from 2.5 hours away and I would hate for them or you if you plan to come to make the drive for nothing. Give me a call, Capt. Rob (732) 291-4468

SEA HUNTER WEDNESDAY 4-24 STRIPER REPORT
I don't easily get frustrated but after the past couple days of marking and stopping on fish and not catching them, its getting to me. At times I think the fish finder maybe isn't working right until I see the guys trolling come buy us and hook up. The bigger fish are defiantly a little finicky lately. We will be back at it tomorrow with a whole new attitude. See you then, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER SATURDAY 4-20 STRIPER REPORT
The Stripers won the battle today. We did lots of searching and found them a few times on the fish finder but they wouldn't eat. We boated a few and lost a few but it was a slow day. We will be back out on Monday and hopefully they are hungry. Happy Easter to everyone, See you soon, Capt.. Rob

SEA HUNTER GOOD FRIDAY STRIPER REPORT AND YES IT WA GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE FISHING TOMORROW!!
.We had a nice gang on the boat today. As we got to the grounds usually we are welcomed with Gannets crashing in the water over feeding Stripers, That wasn't the case today I was a little concerned at first even though it was the end of the tide. We had a few fish on the slack water but when the tide changed everything fell into place and the bite was on! We had some really good drifts and some we just picked on. We ended up with the boat limit and everyone went home with a Striper and of course we were throwing fish back. We have some pics, around half of todays catch. The guys were very busy on deck and took pics when they could . We are fishing tomorrow Saturday, but not Easter Sunday. We will be spending time with family and friends but will be ready for action again on Monday.
If I don't see you have a great Easter, Thanks, Capt. Rob
