SEA HUNTER 12-8 LAST STRIPER TRIP OF 2013
Unfortunately we are done fishing for this year. It is not for lack of fish, that is for sure. We left them biting! It is just a shame that most of the big fish moved offshore early this year. It was definitely a fun fall run with many banner days. Our last trip didn't have many customers I'm sure the weather forecast had much to do with that. But those who did come caught plenty of fish. My daughter even came today and stayed at the rail all day. Today was her first time jigging and she did a great job and landed over 20 Stripers.I will now put the boat away for the winter and take a short brake until we get ready for next year. Thanks to everyone for coming down and fishing with us. I hope you had a great time and some good memories. Happy Holidays to you and have a safe winter. Spring will be here before you know it

SEA HUNTER 12-5 STRIPERS
We left the dock today in dense fog. I was hoping it would not make it difficult. ( It did not) Another excellent day of catching! We had a very good bite till around noon again today then the Stripers stopped eating. I took a ride and found another area a few miles away and the fish were a little bigger and they were hungry. Unfortunately only one was big enough to keep but it was a beauty. We did have a few today that were heart breakers and just missed being 28 inches. All in all a great day on the water everyone had a blast. Two thumbs up! If you haven't been down to get in on this action hopefully I will see you in the next few days
See you soon, Capt. Rob
24 incher going back

SEA HUNTER12-4 STRIPER REPORT
Another good day of catching. Not much in the way of keeping. I heard of a couple keepers caught in the area but not many. If your looking to reel in plenty of Stripers and have some fun then your chances are excellent. If you are a meat fishermen and are coming out just to catch keepers your odds have just dropped considerably. Either way this is your last chance. We are going to finish out the week and then that will be it till the spring Striper run.
Hopefully I will see you before its over, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER 12-3 STRIPER REPORT
OK so there are not many keepers around. But where the heck are the people who just enjoy being out on the water on a nice day and catching fish. The weather has been gorgeous and the fishing is great and we barely can get enough people to get out. This will more then likely be our last week. Today we had one man who kept count of his fish he had 59 Stripers. Low man had around 30. And the bite stopped around 12:30 It was like fishing in a barrel. All I am trying to say is if you enjoy catching fish you better get down this week while the weather is nice and we are still fishing. This is Last call till spring.
Hopefully I will see you, Capt. Rob
Tim even caught today
One that just was a little short
Plenty of elbow room

SEA HUNTER 12-2 STRIPER REPORT
It looks like more fish are moving in but they are 99% shorts. We lost one keeper next to the boat and we landed another. The action is great but the fish are small. There are still lots of fish offshore, Im not sure if they are the bigger ones but I am getting reports of large schools of fish out there. I hope they move into range. I'm going to see what happens the rest of the week and if the bigger fish move in I will keep fishing if they don't we will pack it in until the spring.
Hopefully see you soon, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER 12-1 STRIPER REPORT
There were birds everywhere today. We started the day catching the shorts pretty good. Then we moved on to the next good area of birds and the same thing. Then we moved on again . We hit the next area and there had to be a mile of birds with Stripers breaking on top but we only caught around ten there. The fish there were bigger 24 to 27 inches and we did get a nice keeper that was just under 15 lbs. As I looked offshore with the binoculars I could see a load of birds working but it was way over the 3 mile line. Anyway I guess you could say it was a Improvement over the last two days. Tomorrows weather looks good, we will see what happens.
See you then, Capt. Rob
