SEA HUNTER 5-31 STRIPER REPORT

It looked like we were going to catch today. Tide changed around 8:45 Caught a keeper had another one to the boat and lost it then had a short then it was skates and sharks. We made a few moves and nothing. I heard there were bunker and some big fish in them late in the day today. Tomorrow we will go and investigate. We will give it hell with the Stripers for the next few days. But this weekend we will start our summer schedule for the Fluke. Two trips daily 8:00 till 12:30 and 1:30 till 6:00. Thanks for checking in, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER STRIPER REPORT 5-29

Another frustrating day,Three keepers one short and lost two. One person did have two keepers, but i guess he is in the witness protection program and didn't want his photo taken. I will be back at it again tomorrow. I am going to try to stick with the Stripers The run has never been over this early in the season, only time will tell. Thanks for checking in, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER STRIPERS 5-23

What a pleasure today. No weekend warriors running around like nuts or trolling in the chum slick. We made one stop it took a little time to get the Stripers going good but we did. Boat limit and in early. We will see if we can do it again tomorrow. thanks for checking in, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER STRIPER REPORT 5-22

No great ball of fire. We had great marks on the fish finder, I thought we were going to get them going but it slowed up. Small boats trolling and running threw the chum slick doesn't help, but unfortunately that's the way it is sometimes. We will be back at it again tomorrow. Thanks for checking in, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER STRIPER SLAM FRIDAY 5-20

No report yesterday as we only had three people not enough to make it out. Today was another story. Headed out to the grounds and dropped anchor. Six fish on before we even started chumming. Most of the boat was throwing fish back by 9:30 By 10:00 everyone had the limit and it was catch and release for the next two hours. Most of the day it was 3 to 6 fish on all the time. All the Stripers were caught on Clams. Hopefully we can do it again tomorrow. Thanks for checking in, Capt Rob
