Hit and miss the past couple days. A few trips provided a good amount of keepers while others only provided a good amount of shorts with only a few keepers. You never know whats going to happen . If you wait around to read the good fishing reports before you go fishing you could miss out. You could read about it or you could live it. So if the weather looks good take a shot because you never know your picture could be next

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE REPORT 6-23-08
Same story different day. Plenty of action on the morning trips with a few big Fluke mixed in. Most of the afternoon trips have been much slower due to poor conditions with the hard south wind blowing it makes it difficult to fish many of the areas that are holding the fish. As always we do the best we can.

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE REPORT 6-19-08
The morning trip provided nonstop action with a few more keepers hitting the deck. Our first drift was a hour and a half long with at least 2oo Fluke and that is no exaggeration. out of the 200 plus fish only ten were legal size. made a couple more stops in a different area as the drifting conditions in the first spot deteriorated. Pulled a few keepers a drift with a bunch of shorts to finish up the morning. All in all a good morning. The afternoon was a tough one the South wind came on pretty strong and the conditions were not favorable. We did have some action with the shorts but not many keepers. To my surprise we did get a 30 inch Striper

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE REPORT 6-18-08
Still catching plenty of Fluke just not enough 18 inches or bigger to put in the buckets. Some people are going home with fish but not everyone. Still lots of fun to catch but if you are going out strictly to catch dinner you might be disappointed. As always i will go out and do my best That you can count on. The mates are very help full and the boat is very clean so if you haven't fished with us you should give us a try.

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE 6-15-08 HAPPY FATHERS DAY
The new 18 inch size limit is really a killer. Plenty of fish under the 18 inch size to provide action. we are throwing back hundreds of fish daily many that are nice size. Leave it up to the government and the NMFS they don't have a clue whats going on . Its all about money not saving the fish. Ray Charles could see there are plenty of Fluke around. If you want to catch some fish and have some fun your chances are good if your looking for a Fluke dinner i cannot promise you that but be certain i will do my best .

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE REPORT 6-6-08
The morning trip went as planned, wind and tide working together very good conditions. With loads of Fluke and nonstop action all morning. Lots of 16 to 17 inch fish what a heart breaker to throw them back.I would have liked to have seen a few more 18 inch plus Fluke to put in the buckets, but we could only manage a few every drift. All in all a fun day and everyone left the boat happy . During the afternoon trip the south wind came up against the tide and lousy conditions prevailed. We did manage to find some action but not enough keepers. This picture is Bob Knott with the morning pool winner it was just shy of 5lbs. Weekend weather looks great so come spend a half day with us. Its great fun for the money!

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE 6-3-08
Very good fishing in the morning. Lots of nice size Fluke. Steve Valos took the pool with a 6lber. The afternoon was not as productive,I had to fish a different area due to the strong winds. The action was nonstop but not as many keepers. The 18 inch fluke were tough to get many fish in the 16 to 17 inch range

SEA HUNTER HALF DAY FLUKE REPORT 6-2-08
The SEA HUNTER has now started its summer schedule. We are doing two trips daily for flue and catching plenty, Ten to twenty shorts per person is not uncommon its the 18 inch minimum size fluke that is tough to get. Some people may get two or three keepers but there are some that go home with none. As the water gets warmer the bigger Fluke will be moving in .So if you are looking for a good time on the water for $38.00 you cant go wrong so come down and see us.
