SEA HUNTER SATURDAY 8-31 FLUKE REPORT

A very good day with the fluke and seabass today ,just a shame not many people to enjoy it. We had a couple guys with limits and some mice size fluke and seabass. heaviest fluke was 7.5 and a few between 3 and 5 lbs. Everyone went home with fish. we will try and do it again tomorrow.

SEA HUNTER 8-30 FRIDAY FLUKE REPORT

A beautiful day and a light crowd.  Summer is almost over where did it go.  w  had a pretty good day today with the keeper fluke and a bunch of nice keeper seabass. pool winner went 4.5 pounds. SEA HUNTER 8-29 LATE FLUKE REPORT

First couple drifts were ok today. After that it was downhill new moon current plus NW wind at 20  the drift was just to fast.  Tomorrow looks more favorable. See you soon, Capt. Rob. I will post some pics tomorrow.

SEA HUNTER TUESDAY 8-27 FLUKE REPORT

All in all not a bad day. We were restricted in the areas we could fish but we put a catch together. Howard has his limit and we had some nice quality fluke. One thing for sure you must put some effort into it you cant just hold your pole still. If your doing that your wishing and not fishing. The smaller fluke are easy to catch but them bigger ones sometimes you have to entice them to bite. The most important thing in fishing is pay attention. Watch the guys who are catching. SEA HUNTER SUNDAY 8-25REPORT

I went down today with all thoughts on going fishing till I got to the boat and the wind was howling already. I hate to go out knowing our chances would not be good. It really stinks, we just started getting consistently good fishing and then we get this front with this north east wind and screws everything up. We will be cancelling tomorrows trip for sure and probably Tuesday as well. It looks like I will be catching up on my golf game. I will keep you posted, Capt. Rob

SEA HUNTER AUGUST 23 and 24 FRIDAY AND SATURDAY REPORT

On Friday we went back to where we caught them good the day before, but the wind really screwed things up. We bounced around and caught a few keeper fluke everywhere along with some nice seabass but it was nothing like Thursday. Today even more wind that restricted us from going to lots of spots. The drift was fast and the fishing slow. We did get a 6-1/4 pound pool winner but that was the highlight of the day. The pics are stuck in my camera and I cant get them out. My daughter will handle it tomorrow night.  We will be back at it again tomorrow, Capt.. Rob

SEA HUNTER THURSDAT 8-22 REPORT

We did not fish yesterday. We were out today and despite the lousy conditions we had a good day. A couple guys had the limit.Things are looking up! We will be back at it tomorrow, See you soon, Capt. Rob
